Community Relations Manager
Katie Hargrove, a Denver Native, has spent the past decade helping seniors and families navigate all levels of care, from independent living to skilled nursing. For the last four years with All the Comfort of Home, Inc., she has combined her passion for education and support as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Advanced Virtual Dementia Trainer. As President of the Denver Senior Coalition, Katie is dedicated to giving back to seniors in need while serving as a trusted resource for families across the Denver Metro area.
Jillian Pena
Lead Care Coordinator
Jillian is a professional care coordinator and caregiver. She has a CNA background and incredible compassion for our clients and caregivers. She will shed a tear with you and hold you accountable in the same breath! Jill has been with ATCOH for 3 years.
Amber Van Meel
Administrative Assistant
Amber Van Meel, originally from Montana, has been dedicated to caregiving since 2009, inspired by her grandmother’s Alzheimer’s journey and her early experiences visiting nursing homes with her mother. Now living in Denver with her dog Sampson, she has worked across both Medicaid/Medicare and private pay agencies, joined ATCOH in 2024, and continues serving as a caregiver while supporting the office. Amber also completed specialized Dementia Care training with Silver Tsunami in 2024, strengthening her commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
Todd Chambers
Founder / Retired
From an early start volunteering in nursing homes to earning a degree in gerontology, I’ve devoted my career to serving older adults. My expertise lies in geriatric psychiatry and Alzheimer’s disease, and I’ve been a speaker for the Alzheimer’s Association for more than a decade. In January 2008, I founded All the Comfort of Home and continue to work daily alongside our staff and caregivers to make a meaningful difference for clients and their families—lightening their load and enriching everyday life. Outside of work, you’ll find me with my family or biking the many trails around Denver.
